I found a good place to do this achievement is at the beginning of Chapter 5. You start in an alley and if you start sprinting at the beginning after the cutscene you will find a guy walking across the middle of the road. Tackle him then continue straight ahead and you will find another soldier to ram. After that turn left and there will be two more guards to tackle. If you time it right and do it in the right order no one will notice you until you get to the last guy so you will easily be able to get 3 or 4 charges. Then, just restart the checkpoint and repeat.

These also count toward the open hand slap achievement because they are viewed as melee kills.

That is definitely the best place for this achievement. And as an added bonus, enemies you charge also count towards the melee achievement (Open Hand Slap!).

Watch out for the flaming telegraph pole that falls after the second charge; it cancels your sprint!

Sprint towards an enemy (by holding 'A' and pushing forwards on the left analogue stick) from a small distance and your character will automatically barge in to the enemy. Doing so 20 times will net this achievement.

To charge through an enemy, run at full speed towards him, equipped with either any weapon or a riot shield. To run fast hold the

button while moving. When charging, your character will hit your enemy with enough force that it will kill him. Once you charge through 20 enemies, this trophy is yours.
