are you guys running into the problem of it not letting you send it to you're game, because i am... any tips??

If it isn't letting you send it to your game then you may want to contact EA. I had a friend who had a similar issue and it had to do with how his Xbox Live account was linked to his EA profile or something strange along those lines.

It has to deal with your persona with EA. I had to edit mine because it was under the PlayStation Network persona instead of the Xbox Live one. Make sure its on Xbox Live or it will not let you send.

It wouldnt change in Google chrome so if your still having problems try Internet Explorer. Sorry for the double post

Yes, that was a good tip. Actually, if I recall correctly. I had the same issue at first with my "persona" not being linked correctly. Updated.

I don't blame you man. When I got this game, I tried to hurry and get this achievement as quickly as possible. I hate online achievements period - that's what online leaderboards are for.

I'm one of the people who has the issue with the DLC achievements not unlocking because I just so happened to play some MP when I got this game. I mean.. what kind of crap is that!? This long and they still haven't fixed that. I do not see myself sinking anymore money into their games at all.

Is this achievement unachievable now because the link for the mask creator doesn't work and i can't find anything about it anywhere?

yep, back up right now. just got the achievement, probably spent about 5-10 hours trying (ea support, surfing web, trying to talk to support some more, figuring out all of the 80 steps.)

They changed the website around to make room for devil's cartel. Mask creator doesn't seem to be available any more. Is there any way to get this achievement?

I wonder... I created a mask a long time ago and got it on my single player character, but I've never played online with it. I hope I can still get it, I'm going to try it right now.

Yeah, they're idiots. Just one more reason why I think achievements like this and multiplayer period should be eradicated. If you are not going to keep the servers running, then don't make any multiplayer achievements and/or achievements like this one. It's a shame really. I got screwed over with this game because of the DLC. I made the mistake of playing the multiplayer. I've read there is a way to fix it but it's this long, drawn out process.

This is nothing new with EA If you guys waited this long to attempt the MP achievements in an EA game, you have only yourselves to blame.

Yeah its BS when they put these achievements in games like "go check out this cool stuff you can to and integrate everything" then what do ya know its gone, at least you can trade items in fable still if you missed out on getting the treasure chest website to work. glad I never started this game, anyone want a shrink wrapped copy?

They pulled the service and recycled the domain. There is unfortunately no way you can get this achievement if you haven't already created your mask. There is no need to fix, they have deliberately disabled the service.

We should probably let TA Admin know or whoever is over updating the achievements that this one is no longer attainable. Is there a list of unattainable achievements here on the site somewhere? If not, I think that'd be a great idea and handy to have!

The Game Info team already did everything possible. Adding the Unobtainable flag is not possible as the achievement can still be unlocked for those who did customise a mask prior to the server shutdown. Hence, we opted to add the Buggy flag.

For a list of unobtainable, buggy or discontinued achievements, you can go to the achievements page (under Site Pages - All Achievements) and set the achievement type for the kind of flag you want to look for.

Funny thing. They could put 50000 dummies in an event on SSX for all to get that done, but put a website back up or at least just make mask for us is too hard... I just don't think they give a damn. Games older than 6 months gets no love what so ever.

According to the Dev Team of AoT, they're currently reconfiguring the mask creator right now. That's why they took it down. However there's still no ETA on when they will put it back up. Just wanted to give an update on this.

Just made a report on EA about this, with still no updates! Has anyone got tis achievement recently? Are ppl still actively complaining about this, I know I am..............!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, my past experience with EA is to not be excited when they say something will get fixed. That's just me speaking from my personal experience though. Someone could have a completely different experience with them. I'm still mad about the Chapters of Deceit DLC achievement glitch. I know people have said they've found ways around it, but really... I shouldn't have to make sure I'm facing North, be jumping up and down, patting my head, all while pressing some insane button combo for the stupid game to allow me to unlock my achievements. Ridiculous....

Not to be "that guy" but the online for this game is completely DEAD. My brother and I were going to jump on it and screw around for a bit but we didn't find one other single person playing online.

I have a hard time believing they would put the website back just so a few hundred people at most can make a mask. I would be less surprised if they shut down this multiplayer all-together.

And before anyone gets their britches all bunched up, I missed out on this achievement too. I'm just living on the realistic side of things.

Heck if they can't be brothered to fix it then at least supply every ea account with a default, that would at least fix the achievement side. Now if we could ask the right person...

wish they would just make it so you can unlock the achievement when you start the game up.

This is the reason I won't buy or play anymore ea games, they have lost me as a customer, as I have at least 10 games I cannot complete due to servers shutting down.

It's a sad thing everyone will miss out on a great game because of this. But you can all play Hannah Montana instead! Those achievements are fine! I hate this site sometimes. At least play the campaign on an alt tag?

I tried this today and I got a costum mask on a new gamertag . It works but requires the patience to call ea.

I vividly remember going through the process of creating a mask when I first got this game. What are the odds my poor mask is out there somewhere just waiting to be found again? Could it still be on an EA account and obtainable?

Its possible to unlock any time as long as you have an EA account with a mask.

In theory, if you own another EA game that you can create a mask in, and link it to your account, you should be able to use it in this game and get the achievement. The only thing that is not working about the achievement is the website specifically for this game to make a mask. I just don't know any other EA games that you can create a mask in......if anyone has a list or an idea that would be great...

I emailed someone years ago asking if the website would ever go back up or if there was anything I could do and was told the create a mask website was turned into the EA army of Two Web page at that year date. This was back in... 2016? Maybe?
It would of been nice if they could host the website back up now that the servers are closing

If the site is down, this achievement is not obtainable anymore. I've check also and nothing happens. EA will not put again the website.

It’s not possible unless you have a EA account with the masks. Anyone that got the achievement recently that started the game after the site went down is more than likely using an unlock tool of some sort

Most of the recent unlocks look to be illegitimate

If the game was started past 2012, more than likely it’s not a legitimate unlock for ppl wondering

wish EA would just unlock this crap for everyone also wish this was not apart of the Original 1000G if it was DLC i could care less.

Chunkeh Munkeh when I first did made one, it only allowed me to publish it to the front page and not the game. I also was not able to put other peoples mask into my game, but in the top right section of your webpage there is an option to edit profile, so edit it. Change your persona back to Xbox 360. Doing so will change your username too, and it will give your more spots to make masks. It's a weird process, but I believe in order to sign up for mask create you need to have an EA persona, then once you have registered your EA persona you have to change it back to Xbox 360. I originally had it as Xbox but wasn't able to do anything, so I switched it to EA, made a mask and could only publish it to the front page, so I changed my persona back to Xbox, had to make another mask, and then was able to publish it to my 360. Just work with it. Once you can publish other peoples masks on your 360, then you will be able to publish yours too (To publish other peoples mask go to the details tab and it should be there, if not, keep working with it). Good luck!

I asked him multiple times if he was gonna do it, but he also gave me the round around. I can confirm your claims, he lied. If he's not lying, he can post the gamertag that he got the mask with so anyone could WHEN he unlocked it ?

I unlocked the achievement today 19 of July 2022.
I started the game 10 years ago, cause i rented a copy in Blockbuster, back then i save 4 custom masks in my EA account (Robocop, Spawn and 2 random masks).

I never played the game again until now that i bought a copy in $2 bucks just to finish the base game.

I can confirm that it still posible to unlock this achievement, if you have an EA account that has custom masks
