There is a really fast way to do this actually.
In the first Act on the First Scene you follow JB to the elevator. After the ride up and changing some weapons [optional], you find JB holding 3 of the enemies hostage. You do need to have another player with you so the AI won't tie them downad. You can line up your head shot and *BANG* Achievement Unlocked. Best of Luck to you all. ^__^

To do this with the AI partner:
Once you leave JB behind you'll encounter another 3 guy situation. Have your AI partner grab the elite, have your sniper ready and when the other two kneel, crouch and line them up bam Pumpkin Patch.

I got this without trying whilst grinding shotgun kills.
Just get to pretty close range with a group of enemies, aim slightly up and fire. You should easily get 2 with one shot from the close range spread.

Not as hard as it sounds. Either use a shotgun or a sniper rifle for this. I used a shotgun though. Wait till 2 enemies' heads are lined up and take your shot. This trophy will then be yours. Here's an easy way of doing it on chapter 3.
