For this particular achievement all you need to do is complete the game on easy or higher (any difficulty)
The game is not very hard but i recommend playing it in two player as it much more fun. Try to play it on contractor first whch is not very hard unless you are playing it in singleplayer. (The AI is very poor)
Collect all collectables and pick one of the morality choices, either good or bad, so you get the achievement for just choosing one throughout the game.

I completed the game on contractor and didn't get either of the achievements for it? Is it glitched?

Same here, i completed it co-op on Normal and didn't get this achievement. As you can tell from my achievements, i've finished the game because i have the Total Fistbump Destruction and Total Fistbump Deflation achievements.
Is there a way you can see which chapters and scenes you've completed? Because i also have the Chapter 1-5 completion achievements.
