Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Agoraphobe is unlocked by having a building with 3 more or proximity bonuses. Buildings gain a proximity bonus when built next to each other, with a base value of 5% (Workshop can push this to 10%). Build a building with at least 3 buildings touching it (caravan and appendices are included) to gain the proximity bonuses.
Independent and Team Spirit unlock alongside this achievement at the end of the run.
