Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Asymptomatic Carrier is unlocked by upgrading a Dispensary twice. The Dispensary is the building used to collect Spices, as well as create potions, and costs 120 Wood to build. The first upgrade costs 80 Stone and 80 Wool, and the second upgrade costs 600 Knowledge points and 80 Spice. This can be done with a Permanent or Mobile version of the building.
Healer and Likeable unlock alongside this achievement after completing the run.
