Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Handy is unlocked by building every possible permanent building in a single halt. Permanent buildings are the standard building that can be built with the
button, that aren't attached to the Caravan. There are 11 of these buildings, requiring a total of 1000 Wood, 50 Ore, and 50 Stone. This is best accomplished towards the end of a run when multiple pupils can be dedicated to harvesting the required Wood.
