Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Honest is unlocked by plundering a Sacred Site. Sacred Sites appear as mystical buildings on a map, and appear more often with Sacred halts. Select a Sacred Halt and choose to Explore, and use the Plunder option to plunder the Sacred Site. Plundering comes with a random negative effect, so it may be best to do this at the end of the run. This unlocks alongside Invisible.
