The trait Reckless is unlocked by spending 10 turns or more in one Major Vagary. Major Vagaries are the events that occur within the last quarter of the turns at a halt, before the halt is flooded. These are significant events that can cause sickness, building destruction, fires, or other major issues. The Fog Major Vagary is the safest one to attempt this with, as it only affects visibility.
Yellow Belly unlocks alongside this achievement upon completion of the run.
