Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Resistant (known as Tough in-game) is unlocked by reaching the Eye with a sick pupil. Sickness is indicated with a green icon on a pupil, and has a number indicating the number of rounds sick. Sickness is caused by Vagaries, or from the trait Asymptomatic Carrier. Obtain the necessary resources to travel to the Eye and hope for a Vagary that causes sickness, and travel to the Eye to unlock this.
Hypochondriac and Weak unlock alongside this achievement after completing the run.
