Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Stasis is unlocked by analyzing a Sacred Site, analyzing a Remains, and soothing an Aura. Soothing an Aura can be done by a pupil with any trade, but analyzing a Sacred Site and a Remains requires a pupil with Druid 3 trade. Auras appear with a purple glow and interfere with harvesting tiles, Sacred Sites appear as mystical buildings and Remains appear as ruins with nature overgrowth, somewhat like a hill. Perform all 3 actions within one run to unlock this.
