Traits are unlocked on the end game screen after completing a successful Quick Game scenario, wherein the condition to unlock the trait is met.
The trait Teamwork is unlocked by upgrading the Workshop twice. The Workshop is a caravan appendix building, requiring 1 Rhinoffalo and 500 Knowledge Points to build. Appendix buildings must be built connected to the Caravan. After building the Workshop, it acts as a mobile building, automatically moving with the Caravan between halts. It has two upgrades that can be researched that are required for this achievement, costing 50 Wood, 50 Ore and 50 Stone and 100 Wood, 100 Ore and 100 Stone respectively. If the building is destroyed after a Vagary, these upgrades must be redone.
Loner unlocks alongside this achievement after completing the run.
