Okay... for hours I struggled with the stupid Training Accelerator, grinding for better stats with Ability Seeds, etc. The best I got was about lv80, thanks to bad RNG with one-hit kill bosses like Neo Maidame Curie, etc.
Turns out... there's an easy way to do this. Using undergarments, no less...
Since it wasn't tied to an achievement, I didn't realise the reward for beating 100,000,000 in the Gazillion Challenge was the armor "Maidame Curie's ???". This armor makes beating each level of the Training Accelerator worth 10 (!!!). That means you only need to beat 10 enemies to unlock this achievement. I was so relieved when I discovered this - since I didn't know how else I could do it.
If you need help beating the Gazillion Challenge, here's an easy way:

Basically - create a combo of BG Absorb + 16-Shot for Lucille, enter the challenge with everyone but Lucille at low health (she also should have 9 BG). Kill your party with an AOE (keeping Lucille alive). Then use the combo to do massive damage. You should also have a decent weapon, decent stats (I was lv999), and a Repeat Jewel.
