Asdivine Cross

This achievement is probably the toughest (and grindiest) of any Kemco title to date

From what I can tell - this refers only to Skills/Magic learned by Lucille. (I didn't have all magic learned by Harvey when I unlocked it). But it means EVERYTHING. She must learn all types of elemental magic, all character-specific skills, all enemy magic and all enemy skills.

There are 224 in total - you can keep track of the total in Settings > Records - and the actual skills still needed are listed as ??? in Lucille's Status screen.

Massively helpful tips:
- Lucille has skills to bait the enemy into using more of their attacks, so make sure you check those out to help the process.
- To learn other party member skills, simply target Lucille with them. Some require her to be in the vanguard formation.
- The Training Accelerator can help unlock a bunch of skills if your party is decent enough.
- Most importantly... there are Skill Bag items that can teach Lucille unlearnt skills available for purchase from the menu shop for 200 ACP. There are also some you can pick up from chests in places like the Legendary Sewer and Time Warp Tower. I kept mine until right at the end to learn some of the toughest enemy skills/magic - especially those that were missable via story bosses or gained via tough superbosses like Neo Maidame Curie, etc.
