How to unlock the Welcome to the Animus 2.0 achievement in Assassin's Creed II - Definitive Guide

This will be the 3rd (third) trophy you will unlock. This one is cannot be missed, just like the first 2 trophies you popped.

You will get this after you reach the hideout. You can meet Shaun and Rebecca then you can dive into the Animus 2.0.

Trophy will pop during the loading screen.

This is story related and cannot be missed. Following “Arrivederci Abstergo”, you will arrive at a warehouse. Continue to follow Lucy and make your way upstairs where you will meet Rebecca Crane and Shaun Hastings. When the cutscene concludes and you have control of Desmond, walk over to each of them to initiate a conversation to learn a little about them. Also speak with Lucy as she has some insight to your emerging powers. When you’re done speaking with them, walk over to the Animus and press a button. You will climb into the seat and when you fall asleep, the achievement will unlock.
