How to unlock the Item Complete achievement in Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland - Definitive Guide

All materials, consumables, equipment, and synthesis items are required to complete the encyclopedia:
- 65 Materials
- 68 Consumables
- 67 Equipment
- And 20 Synthesis Items
To register the items to your encyclopedia, you can either obtain them through synthesis, enemy drops, harvesting from dungeons, or bought from the stores. Note that trading in tickets through Esty will not register the item.
To check your progress at anytime, refer to the Encyclopedia in your 
menu.

Materials are all gotten through harvesting points in dungeons and through monster drops. Note that hidden ingredients such as Mudheads and Triberries will only become available by triggering events for each dungeon with Iksel in your party (as part of his Flag).
Consumables and Synthesis Items wise, note that if you've obtained the recipe to make a certain item, it'll appear in your encyclopedia. You must however, actually craft the item for it to count.
For the sake of efficiency, consider buying Ingots/Cloths from Cole when making weapons or armor for character's you don't plan to use.
Once you've finished filling up your encyclopedia, an event will occur between Rorona and Astrid in the workshop, as well as unlocking your trophy.

1. Craft all weapons and armor;
2. Select the ingredient at least once;
3. Combine or buy all possible things (why or buy? Well, for example, you can combine, say... Special Meat, or you can just buy it from Ixelles. Either way, the item will be included in the encyclopedia.
Keep in mind that you don't have to do everything in one playthrough; the encyclopedia data is saved in a system file. Before receiving this trophy, there should be a scene in the Atelier, with the participation of Astrid, in which Rorona will say that she did everything possible.

Everywhere they write that Consumables should be 68, but both in the guide from Krystal and in the picture with the checklist there is a gap between Dark Water and Blank Stew.
Those. You can’t just craft all the weapons on a garbage save and then roll back to the main one. You just need to finish this garbage save to the end of the game, do Clear Data after the credits so that all these weapons count, and only then can you reload from the main save.
