This will unlock naturally when you complete the first section of track 8 (Transmission) on the Classic list. It is impossible to miss as you need to solve the puzzle to advance.
Solution:
The particles will be passing through a portal when the level starts. Just reflect the particles back through the portal using the tool to get this trophy.
