When you get to Hill Valley 1931 head to the cell window in the Police Station and Doc will talk to you automatically. Once hes finished interact with the cell window again to talk to him again and say the following:
"Where've you been?"
"How's the family?"
"Where'd the DeLorean come from?"
The trophy should then pop once Doc has finished talking.
