Black Horse and the Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall as bass guitar on medium difficulty only has 42 notes which probably makes it the easiest path to this achievement.

I had "Beverly Hills" by Weezer as DLC, that was one of the "1-bar" bass songs, it was actually "top of the list" for least bass intensity. It has 245 notes on medium bass but it proved easier for me than waiting out the pauses in the KT Tunstall song. Voted positive on both other solutions, as those songs are the two easiest for bass from the Band Hero disc.

If you're having trouble with this try "Hang Me Up To Dry" by the Cold War Kids on bass. It is the same simple rhythm through out the entire song.
