To make this easier, connect a regular Xbox 360 controller (i.e. the one you use to play Halo and Call of Duty games) and a microphone (an Xbox 360 headset will also work, but will require an in-game setting change to work). Play quickplay and set your difficulty to BEGINNER. Create a setlist in the order noted above. Before you start playing, turn on a fan at the highest setting and place the microphone in front of it. This is called the "fan trick" as it is NOT necessary to hit the correct pitch on beginner difficulty. As long as the microphone is picking up any kind of sound, the game will count it as "singing". It is then possible to FC (full combo) all 19 songs, continuing the phrase streak throughout each song from beginning to end. You will also unlock Fevered Pitch in Band Hero (100% a song as a vocalist) in doing so.

NOTE: If you are playing a setlist, you will need change to the next song on the list manually by pressing on the controller until you have finished them all.

For this achievement you need to hit all the notes during a certain section in a number of songs, you can do this on any instrument as each instrument has it's own section of notes for the achievements, thankfully though, you only need to do it on one instrument, the same thing goes for difficulty, each difficulty has it's own section of notes for the achievement and you only need to do it once on any difficulty to unlock the achievement.

Now the problem is that the sections are unmarked and no-one really knows for certain what or where the sections are, the best way to go for this is to try and complete the song without missing a single note, that will ensure you get the achievement, so play on a difficulty/instrument combination that you're able to full combo and you'll get the achievement.

Alternatively you could use the beginner vocals/mic fan exploit to get all the other achievements, if you have a microphone/headset and a fan you can just leave the mic leaning against the fan while it's on and the game will register it as sound input and you'll be able full combo every song without actually doing anything.

Lastly, for this specific achievement you need to play these songs, I'll link them in so that you can use them as a checklist, if they're green you have them, if they're red/pink you still need them;

I don't have a fan but can guarantee it works by resting the microphone on a laptop over the speakers. Apart from making sure the song doesn't end mid way through a Band Hero song, it is a sure fire way to get the achievements.

Plus you can listen to any song you want this way :D

You CAN mix and match instruments difficulty levels on this. I’ve seen on some sites that ALL have to be done on one instrument one difficulty. I got the separate 5 point achievements on lead & bass guitar and the mic and it still popped when I finished “So Yesterday" by Hillary Duff.

You can actually earn this w/o the fan trick pretty easy, IMO.

You need to hit al the transparent notes if you are playing on guitar that's how i did it can be done on every difficulty

You can use a fan and let it do the work for you but it certainly isn't necessary. Make sure you do this all on one console/save and in a single sitting otherwise it may not work.
