As all achievements, this achievement is story related, No need for a guide if you don't like spoilers.

Note: no action required in this chapter. It only lasts a few minutes and can be completely idled, if you wish to do so.

This trophy is story related and therefore cannot be missed.

You will be in the Batcave with Alfred, angered about everything that has happened. You will then turn on Alfred and confront him about what he has been hiding. Episode 1 ends at this point, to which the trophy pops shortly afterwards.
