I played through the first part of the game yesterday and the achievements don´t pop. What can i do?

Apparently they are unobtainable in the digital version (read the news story that just released)

A piece of advice to everyone: as soon as you get your first achievement copy your progress in another file and close the game. Almost every Telltale game has a damaged achievement but this can help a lot. Never use the Resume Play option

This trophy is story related and therefore cannot be missed.

Shortly into the chapter, one of the other inmates (The Joker) will enter your room and beat up the two inmates who are attacking you. Dr Joan Leland will enter the room shortly afterwards and ask what happened, then offer to transfer you to a new room. The trophy pops after Leland introduces you to The Joker, who is simply referred to as ‘John Doe’.
