i tryed the games with gold batman series to see if i can unlock a achievement an as of march/1st/2020

nope still broken :(

Don't know why you couldn't pop it but it has been fixed for quite a while, if you look to the right side of the screen you'll see recent winners, just the last 12hrs more than 10 have popped it so...?
If you follow the link above & view the end of the comment thread, you'll see it's been fixed since January 10th

I didn't unlock the first achievement but all the others have popped without issue so far. I really really hope when I finish episode 1 I can go back to the beginning and pop the first one.

This trophy is story related and therefore cannot be missed.

At the end of this opening chapter, you will find yourself on the rooftop with Catwoman, who will shortly initiate a fight scene with you. The QTE prompts are as follows;

, , , , , +, , , , +, , , , +.

You will then chase Catwoman, to which a helicopter then spots her. The next sequence of button prompts to follow are , , , , , +. You will then need to press to tackle her, then to detach Catwoman's device from your arm, then aim your crosshair in the middle of the circle and press to shoot your grapple gun at her.

The next prompts are , , , , , +, +, , , , . A police officer will then shoot you in the back.

Catwoman will then run towards the helicopter, move your cross-hair to the middle of the target and press to throw a stun device at her. You will then jump off the building and press . Press to catch Catwoman, then press again to put Catwoman's device on the building wall. You will need to press again to catch her when falling. Press to pull her up, though you’ll be clawed in the face and she will flee. You’ll then return to a brief cut-scene between Bruce Wayne and Alfred, to which the trophy pops shortly afterwards.
