Easy to obtain playing on Infinite Mode with Fae or Rooney, that have better melee attacks. Just play the first level fighting the enemies with melee attacks and not throwing any projectile attack.
Since there is no boss that needs to be shot, it is easy to complete the area without shooting, and it counts as "without missing a projectile attack". When you cross the portal by the end of the first area, the achievement will pop.
