At the beginning of the 2nd stage*, PLATEAU, you cross a large water section then encounter a castle on the left which, if hit with a special weapon/bomb (
), will "release the pink flamingos".
Basically, you just want to get a Game Over as early as possible in this stage. What I did was fly near the top of the screen dying as quickly as possible, then when out of lives, mashed the shot button (default is
) to speed up the countdown on the continue screen. The achievement should pop for you after the high scores display and the game is about to reset.
I did this in "Premium" mode*, but it should also work in Super Easy and Arcade as well. It may not work in Custom mode, so choose one of the other three to play it safe.

Same as above trophy, but you need to get a game over for the trophy to unlock. Try to have only 1 life left before you get to the place. Just hover over the forest castle and die.
