All you have to do is wait,in a few minutes the ship will start to leave as soon as it does get on top of it and use your side weapons

In 1st stage (Valley Stage) against the boss stage. Shoot its front propeller to unlock this trophy. You need to use your smaller ships with the option formation by pressing . Please refer to the video for demonstration.
