This Point to shoot is absolut not missable :) Follow the Chapter until the Point, then kill the 2 Guys with one Shot and bling :)

There will be a point in the mission where you will have to clear the street for the other team by taking out two enemies talking to each other, just line up your shot and there you go... damn near impossible to miss!!!

If you want it sooner and don't mind restarting the last checkpoint, there will be a group of three enemies talking to each other right next a van, this is the same point where your "buddy" will tell you not to engage, line up the shot (center mass will do) and the 15 points are yours

Near the beginning of Mission 9: Night Shift, you will repel down a building and follow your teammate behind a car. If you look down the alley where he is looking, there will be 3 enemies standing there. Just line up 2 of them, and shoot. You will unlock the achievement, and also fail the objective, but it will reload the checkpoint for you after you do this.

If you do not want to fail the mission while going for this achievement and having missed the opportunity when your squad wants to cross the street, there is a good opportunity near the end of the mission.

When you are told to guard your target in the mall, clear out the first two waves of enemies and move your location with the target. Clear the next waves until you come to an autosave and the new mission to get your target out of the mall. For starting the script, you have to go into the little room and get close to your target.
Immediately when your partner begins to carry the target, leave the room, look into the direction where the first guard-position was, get into cover and equip the infrared sniper rifle. Get into infrared-zoom and look to the old guardlocation. Another enemy wave will get in at your old spot and there are two or three occasions, where two or more enemies will run directly behind each other to your position.
If you fail, get yourself dying (if you took out every enemy inside, simple run out off the mall and stand uncovered on the plazza) and the game will set you back right to the point before your partner starts carrying the target.

There are many opportunities to get this. If you don't mind failing, after you are moving and your partner tells you to avoid combat with the troops in front of you, you can easily line up a shot to take out to of the three soldiers as they are talking. Just bear in mind you will fail and have to return to previous checkpoint.

Actually you can get this with claymores. When you are in the mall at the end of that level, I used one of my claymores in 2nd floor where the "second" wave of enemy enter. In the corner, straight ahead from where al-bashir lies.(If you played it before, you know which corner i mean) Then two of them walked right on to it. Achievement pops. Got it without trying! I thought i had to shoot it, but I am pretty sure it exploded before I put my crosshair on it...

There are several opportunities to get this achievement throughout the mission (it is almost impossible to miss if you are trying for it). The video below shows one possible method which will net you this achievement; however, it will result in you failing the mission. This is also the first opportunity to get this achievement if you missed it on your first playthrough.
