In the single-player campaign mode, pressing LB once will bring up a respawning health auto-injector. Use it accumulitivly 50 times over the course of the campaign and the cheevo will unlock.

You got a positive vote from me. Not sure what they were wanting from you, as this is probably the easiest achievement in the game (since, like StoodBridge, I got it on the first mission on Normal difficulty).

This should unlock just by playing through the campaign, but if you're close to the end of your campaign and it still hasn't unlocked, just spam it by using it everytime you can i.e. once the bar has refilled.

This is easy. Even when you haven't lost life, you can use it and it will still count. Far as I know multiplayer counts too if you have unlocked it.

The auto-injector is possibly your best friend. You could stand in a corner and simply inject yourself whenever the cool down is up as you don’t need to be damaged to use the injector. You’ll always have the auto injector equipped and can quickly switch to it at any time by hitting .

For the most part though simply using the injector whenever you’re damaged will give you this achievement before the end of the first level.

You will almost certainly get this trophy while you're playing through the campaign on 'Hard'. If you don't get it after two playthroughs though, then just play a chapter on 'Easy' and repeatedly use the auto-injector until the trophy unlocks.

An auto syringe injector is a soldier's best friend in this game. When your health has decreased, use it with . If you're not a very good shooter player, you'll automatically get this trophy before the end of the first level.
