This takes place on Episode 10 - Legacy, and is attained by finding the hidden access only available by using the Grappling Hook behind the mansion grounds.
In order to find this area, follow the dirt paths around to the back of the mansion grounds, and you will find a small area with two enemies at the end of a walkway. Take them out, and equip a grappling hook. Now shoot the ledges that hang from the cliff side and climb up. This is unlocked once you reach the top.

Just want to add a heads up, if you want to get social climber and Dare Devil on one play through. Jump into the mansion with the bike first (Follow Dare Devil Achievement Guide) the second you hit the ground in the mansion with the bike hit Start. The Achievement will pop then restart checkpoint and follow the Social Climber Guide.

To find the hidden access you need to use the grappling hook. Equip it at the beginning of the episode and make your way through the level. Stay left on the island and pass the pool area.
Just after you see a road sign on the right you can see a path on the left. Take it, and walk until you see two enemies. Take them out and look up to see the two platforms you need to climb. Equip your grappling hook and you have used the hidden access to the mansion.

"Social Climber" is a missable achievement in the 10th episode of the Battlefield Hardline campaign. You need to stay on the left side of the map and get to the cliffs in the back of the mansion. There will be two enemies and a box with your tactical gear. Get grapling hook, if you don't have one with you, and use rope to climb two platforms above you. Watch video below for a fast and easy way to get both optional achievements in this mission in one playthrough.

Once you find the gate to Dawes' mansion, go back and down around the left of it.
Follow the beach until you meet 2 guards near a waterfall.
Take them out and look for a weapons cache and a platform above it.
Equip the grappling hook and shoot one up to the ledge of the platform and climb up.
Look up again to see another ledge above.
Shoot a grappling hook up to there.
Climb up.
And you should reach the mansion's backyard.
Congratulations! ;)
