Pretty straight forward achievement here. You have to fully suppress an enemy. This means continusly firing above or on the sides of an enemy until you get a pop up that gives you a few points and says suppressed. Kinda like when you get a kill.
I did all of mine as the gunner in a tank. You could also use the stationary machine gun turrets or the machine guns in the support class. The tank and stationary MGs are pretty accurate. Suppression assists do NOT count. Best to let an enemy get behind cover and shoot right above them.

I shoot all around the enemies and nothing happens. Do those red squares need to show up that showed in the video? If so then how does it happen?

It feels like suppressing enemies only works on machine guns. I got a trophy when I started playing as a support after being a medic. Maybe because machine guns have low area damage.
