First upgrade any of your car to 1000HP class. Go to Quick Race > 1000HP with that car and race at Shark Harbour. Don't press cn_LT for the entire match and win the game for the achievement.

Win a race on 1,000 HP without touching and this trophy will be yours. At first the speed difference can be a bit daunting, especially if you get a 1000 HP daily challenge when you are still racing at 250 HP but once you have mastered racing at the higher speeds then this trophy will be yours
