Around the time that Fulfledle Brukich (student) and George Danton (rebel) appear, Anna (your wife) will have a new task for you, "Buying things for the house", in which she will ask you for a radio. Buy a radio from Nathan (merchant) and give it to Anna. She will mention the frequency of a radio station with children’s stories that she and Martha listen to. Later on, roughly midway through the game, a propaganda speaker truck will park in front of your building and start to play an annoying, loud recording. George Danton will telephone you and ask you to sabotage the truck. Agree and "No more propaganda" will begin. Talk to the propaganda truck driver and talk about the car. Spend 500 reputation to find a way to change settings on your own. Talk to him again and learn when his shift is over. Talk to him once more and bring booze to the mechanic. You will give him rum (from tenants or Nathan) and he will leave. Interact with the truck, open the programmer (with the screwdriver, which you can find in apartments or buy from Nathan), input 21.12.1864 (2nd choice) and change frequency to 81.6. The trophy will pop. This is irreversible and makes no one happy, so you’ll probably want to reload and redo this, changing it to 101.9.
