Easiest way I managed to get this was by refusing to pay for anything for the daughter or son, both will die off as a result.
While there are multiple ways to get rid of the wife, the fastest seems to be to tell Danton that Grubic is a spy after the quest Creators Life, which gets her killed in the ensuing protest.

Your family must all die for this one. You can earn this trophy partially by simply continuously ignoring your family's tasks. If you don't treat Martha's (your daughter) illness, at the end of "Life-threatening illness", she will die. If you report to Danton that Antoine Grubic works for the government, Anna (your wife) will be killed by a passing riot. Finally, if you ignore Patrick’s (your son) task "Faraway lands", he will attempt to rob a bank and be killed, earning the trophy. All of these deaths come with bills for you, by the way.

Patrick will die if he is not given money to study and escape abroad.
Anna will die during a clash between workers, which will take place if you hand over Anton Grubits on the assignment “Under Suspicion.”
