For this achievement you have to:

Rent an apartement to Alloisius Shpak;

When you get to the task "Lonely Alloisius", talk to Rosa Ranek about Shpak's loneliness;

Then talk to Shpak to tell him you've found him a girlfriend: Rosa Ranek’s niece;

Sarah Wattermach will soon arrive outside the building. Talk to Sarah, then talk to Shpak and they will move in together;

Shortly thereafter, Shpak will ask you to gather information on Sarah. Talk to Rosa Ranek and you will learn that Sarah is an imposter;

Talk to Sarah Wattermach about Sarah, refuse her bribe, stop conversation and throw out, then take and drink.

-You will die but the achievement will be yours .
