Kill Airel Johnson during the task "The butcher from Agloe" from Danton.
You can kill him by give to him a poison (you can get it stealing from Shpak and Sarah's apartment or Dora Noel's apartement or sometimes buying it from Nathan when he is selling, -1000 reputation and +$ *I don't remenber how much it is...
), by attracting him to the front of the building (-1000 reputation or -1500$) or by giving to him the bomb the guy near the Nathan's location give to you (when you will talk to him, all the options work except the "strange guy" and it's given to you a warning and -2000$).-Doing this you will receive the achievement.

After you move General Airel Johnson into one of your apartments, you will be asked by George Danton over the phone to confirm whether the General is the "Agloe Butcher". Search his apartment, find his medal and call Danton back to confirm this. Danton will then ask you to kill the General, which you have to agree to. There are several ways to accomplish this (i.e. delivering the bomb to him from the guy outside or luring him outside as described by Danton) but the simplest and best way may be to acquire some poison (either stolen from an apartment or bought from Nathan, the merchant) and talk to the General. Try to give poison, lie about gas leak and give antidote and convince (costing you 1,000 reputation). The General will drink it and die, thus earning you the trophy.
