This achievement is related to the "Blissful Sleep" DLC.
To obtain it you have to:
- Rent an apartment to Khan Von Mergeren
- Rent an apartment to Christopher and Gertrude Danson
- Talk to Christopher and persuade him to telle you about his life, you will learn that he is afraid of his boss.
- Talk to Khan about different remedies and buy the potion for the anxiety ("Face the monsters") for 500$
- Give the potion to Christopher and get the achievement

DLC: The final tenants you will move into the building in Blissful Sleep will be Christopher (policeman) and Gertrude (nurse) Danson. You will witness and record Christopher beating his wife soon after they move in. Talk to Christopher and discuss beating his wife. Ask what’s up (costing 500 reputation) and he will admit he's afraid of his boss. Talk to Khan about different remedies and buy a remedy against fear. Talk to Christopher again and offer a way to cope with fear. He will drink it and die and the trophy will pop. This will eliminate a number of endings.
