For this achievement you have to:
Rent an apartment to Khan van Megeren;
Talk to George de Latour about the mistress, George will tell you that he is in love with Jeanne Oehrn;
Talk to George again after a few hours and he will offer you the task "Love and Granite";
Talk to Khan about a love potion. Agree to help him with the task "A Wicked Deal";
Put a bag inside each bed in the apartments 1, 2, 3 and 4 (including Marcus' bed and Zlata's bed);
When you are done, talk to Khan and he will tell you that he needs a personal item;
Search the wardrobe in George's apartment and steal Jeanne's hat or talk with her and steal her wallet;
Give the hat or the wallet to Khan and he will give you the love potion;
Talk to Jeanne and persuade her to drink the love potion (-500 reputation).
-And you will receive the achievement.

DLC: If you've learned that George de Latour (artist) loves his model Jeanne Oehrn, he will ask you at some point to try to make her fall in love with him. Talk to Khan and ask about a love potion. He will ask you to plant bedbugs in the beds of apartments 1-4. Agree to this and once you've planted 4 bags of bugs, talk to Khan about the bags. Talk to Jeanne Oehrn, try to acquire a personal item and take the purse from her pocket. Bring this to Khan, ask about the love potion and he will give it to you. Talk to Jeanne Oehrn again, persuade her to drink the love potion, persuade her (costing 500 reputation) and the trophy will pop.
