Rent an apartment to Khan van Megeren;
Talk to Rosa Ranek about the cold and offer her your sympathy;
Talk to Khan about different remedies. Buy the remedy "Calefacient" ($500);
Talk to Rosa Ranek about the cold and give her the balm.
