I struggled a bit to get this whole "lockdown thingy" down with the Tarantula (big rocket launcher).
So, for those of you who are in trouble, you have to press RT until there are 3 green circles where your cursor was.
They should turn red when they come near an ennemy. You are then locked on the grunt.
Fire away and the achievement is yours.

Prerequisite: Pick up and equip your first Tarantula
To Do: Kill 1 Grunt using the Tarantula's lock on.
Guide: Find a group of one or more Grunts, click the (RS) to zoom in and then Hold down the [RT] and move the cross-hair over a Grunt to lock on. Release the [RT] to fire. Do this right away because it opens up Rocket Man and Air to Surface challenges.

Challenge: Use the lock on ability to kill 1 'Grunt'.
Method: The 'Tarantula' is a rocket launcher-esc weapon. Simply zoom in and hold 
until the box around the 'Grunt' turns red. Once red, the 'Tarantula' has locked on and will travel to the target.
