Once you've got the arm a few challenges will pop up for you to attempt, it's probably easiest if you just do the big jump out of the building because down on the ground level are a lot of road signs and such for you to swing around on.

Just swing to 3 signs without touching the floor. You'll get this very easily and by accident, I was trying to get the collectable above one of the signs and this achievement popped up :)
