This is a story based achievement which will be available after you kill Andrew Ryan and are then subsequently saved by the little sisters. You are now in a race against the kill switch in your head from going off and killing you(no actual time limit).

This will unlock after taking the second half dosage of Lot 192 which is found in Dr Suchong's office inside the Free Clinic on the second floor of Artemis Suites. It is a story based achievement and cannot be missed.

This is unlocked by progressing through the story and can not be missed.

Tip: All you have to do is find the two Lot 192 Remedies and you will get this achievement after getting the second one in Fontaine's Apartment.
