After taking your sixth beating, you'll be tied up and have to watch the bad guy be bad. There's no opportunity to interfere. Then there's a QTE to break free and give him some of what he deserves. Then duck into the open door for the gas mask. You'll have your senses activated; focus on the feet at the top of the ladder.
Then in the shaft, you'll have several repetitions of mashing the A button to escape, and after you're out there's a QTE like back in Mary's apartment. The outcome is predetermined.
Then you'll have a conversation with Smirnov; the game will make a note of whether you are confident in your deductions (by saying "I'm positive") or not. Whether or not you called Weekly or Smirnov inside will come up (neither of them likes being left out).

You'll get this achievement as the scene changes after that conversation.
Story-related and cannot be missed.
Following Blacksad’s sixth beating, he will find himself tied up. You can press 
when prompted to headbutt your assailant. For this QTE sequence, you must act fast as being slow will lead to death. Press 
rapidly to free Blacksad. You must look to the left and press to go back into Brunhilda’s bedroom. After watching the sequence, you will be put in to cat senses. Look at the foot climbing a ladder. Look at the opening that the ladder leads to and select that hotspot. As Blacksad walks, press rapidly until the prompt disappears. Once this sequence is complete, you’ll find yourself in another sequence with a timed prompt similar to the one in Mary’s apartment, but the outcome will always be the same.
Blacksad will need to make deductions during his conversation with Smirnov that explains Blacksad’s discoveries and solve the case.
