Of note, you have to use your senses to look at the cigarettes first. Otherwise, Blacksad will just ask for a cigarette, and even though she then says she'll sell him some and he pays for them, you don't get the achievement.

After Yale has been hospitalised and you're roaming free in the ward. Interact with the goat woman on the counter. Use your cat sense to acknowledge the cigarettes at the back of the reception (as well as get all the other things to sense as well) and ask for a pack of Morley's... Easy

When at the hospital following Blacksad's third beating, look at the ashtray on the window sill to make Blacksad realize he's out of cigarettes. Following a dialogue sequence, talk to the doe nurse at the cardiology reception desk and ask her for a smoke (or to buy a pack of Morley's if you used cat senses to see the display of cigarettes).

When you talk to Bobby at the hospital, go to the reception desk with the nurses. There will be an opportunity to buy a pack of cigarettes.
