Blacksad: Under the Skin

As the name suggests, complete the game dying less than nine times. This is not that hard to complete naturally, depending on your ability mashing buttons in QTEs. There doesn't seem to be any kind of accessibility option to just hold buttons or skip them, so if you have issues with that kind of mashing, I'd skip the game entirely.

Usefully though, if you fail and die at any point, you can simply go to desktop and quit the game. When you restart your recent death will not have been counted. The only downside is you'll have to repeat the last scene you were on, which given you can't skip dialogue, can get really old really fast.

If you manage to finish the game with no deaths, you'll also be awarded the chunky 90-pointer "Immortal" in addition to this.
