How to unlock the Unfriendly Fire achievement in Blade Kitten - Definitive Guide

Obviously enough, you should go for every other achievement first. There's no in-game counter, but I would estimate that you'll receive, maybe, 1000 - 1500 kills by beating the game and going for all the chests.

When this one is your last achievement, start the level 'Darque Nights'. This level has constantly respawning enemies.

You have a few options, but the basic idea is to back in to a corner and just start spamming X. I found the area just to the left of the drop down to the final area of the level is a good spot that has a fair enemy respawn rate.

Hopefully you have a book or something to keep you entertained. I assume that if you have a turbo controller you could set it to constantly hit X and then you could leave the game on over night.

It will probably take a couple of hours to get the achievement. If you want, you can track your progress is a backwards way by noting what your hex amount is before you start, and then checking your hex amount later on - every enemy drops 10 hex that you'll pick up.

Just wanted to add that you don't have to go anywhere on Darque Nights. Just start the level, go right until the cutscene starts and then go back to the left. There's a dead end with infinite enemies right there.

It's a bit risky but I was able to back into a corner on the left once I'd dropped down in Darque Nights and got a lot of enemies to spawn that way, then when it looked overwhelming used a ground slam to get rid of most of them.

For this trophy you have to kill 5,000 enemies. This is an extremely large number and you will not earn this naturally (unless you played through the game for fun multiple other times) and even two playthroughs isn't enough. You're going to have to grind the remaining ones out, but where to do this isn't a problem. Load up Level 8: Darque Nights, and rush through the level to the final room. Stay in a corner, hold and press repeatedly (any other attack exposes yourself too much and you'll be killed in a heartbeat). The Darques infinitely respawn so you can stay here for as long as you need to earn the trophy. If you killed the majority of the enemies you came across on your first playthrough and only killed the required enemies in your speedrun playthrough, it will take roughly an hour of grinding for the trophy to unlock.

5,000 enemies is a lot! A good place is the end of lvl 8 (Darque Nights) in the last room, select the Bastar blade sword and run to the right wall as soon as we enter the room. We stand against the wall and, looking to the left, hold down and press quickly . Enemies will go to the sword and die, and the counter will go
