Blasphemous 2

This should be one of the last achievements one unlocks as it requires the player to have found lots of the games collectibles to receive 4 specific figures for their Altarpiece of Favours. Also, keep in mind that you will need 7/8 slots unlocked on the Altarpiece of Favours.

Needed Figures

Gregal - Find all 33 cherubs and speak to Proximo in the Garden of the High Choirs to have all platforms spawn to reach the top of the tower. At the top, the player can wall jump on the left wall (this is easily overlooked since it's covered by tree branches. Use this wall to reach another hidden floor above that contains a chest holding this figure.

Cierzo - Find all three Forgotten Tributes and give them to the Chariot. They will first be found in the Choir of Thorns, then will be found where they last took you. The last place they will take you is in the Severed Tower. Open the chest in the last area to receive this figure.

Lebeche - Find all five daughters (characters dressed in black that can be found in beds) and complete all five associated combat challenges provided by the character in the bottom right room of the Streets of Wake. Completing the fifth will net this figure.

Jaloque - Speak to the moving merchant in all locations they spawn. This will allow you to purchase this figure in their final location in Crimson Rains.

With all four of these figures acquired, travel to the Chapel of the Five Doves. You should now be able to open the right door at the top of this area.

Once inside, equip the four figures in the following slots.

Top left, slot two - Cierzo
Top right, slot one - Gregal
Bottom left, slot two - Lebeche
Bottom right, slot one - Jaloque

You will know they are in the correct spot because the figures will turn gold as they are placed.

Interact with the fire pit while these are equipped to unlock the quest item Incense of the Envoys.
Note - this action will destroy the four golden figures

Go to the room in which you defeated Eviterno, Father of Penitents and interact with his corpse. After choosing to ascend, you will then be given the option to give Incense of the Envoys. Selecting yes will change the ending after defeating the final boss, Devotion Incarnate.

Regardless of success, you will be returned to the last Prie Dieu you rested at and will have Incense of the Envoys back in your inventory. As such, neither ending is missable in this game.
