In the Mother of Mothers area, you will find, on the right of the lower prie-dieu, a dead tree. Wait around and a voice will speak in spanish. The voice must speak three times for the achievement to unlock.

Thank you for the guide, I wouldn't have unlocked without it.
Voice spoke in English for me after some unintelligible whispers.
I'm not sure what made it talk three times, it might have been switching to each weapon but I can't say for sure.

Yeah, thinking back on it, it probably only spoke spanish because my game was in VO. But since subtitles didn't pop up, I figured somehow this was only meant to be heard in spanish... weird deduction from me.
