Qurice, Returned by the Flames (for some reason the trophy description states the wrong name here) is the boss of Wall of Holy Prohibitions. Defeat him to get this trophy. Remember to also not use any Bile Vessels during the fight if you are going for Requiem Aeternam. Check the following video on how to achieve this:
