How to unlock the Bronze Medal achievement in Blasphemous - Definitive Guide
I just found this guide video from a couple weeks ago and followed it and it worked great! Was super easy and only took about 30 mins. It uses your equipment in NG+ to sequence break and skip the entire 1st half of the game and approach the door from the rear. The only boss you have to fight is the very first one right at the start of the game. The sequence break takes place at 9:11 and what I found worked the best was hanging from the ledge above, letting go while holding right, and spamming and I landed on the blood platform 1st try!

Before doing this run on NG+, make sure you already had the "Tirana of the Celestial Bastion" prayer (https://blasphemous.fandom.com/wiki/Tirana_of_the_Celestial_...).
If not, you can still obtain it early in the game: jump on this red platform (https://youtu.be/xi451kiGYW0?t=96) to go to the room above, then go left. You'll see the prayer on the floor.

Near the beginning of NG+, you have to choose between one of the 3 penitences or no penitence. He picks the Penitence of Unwavering Faith which causes your fervor to recharge quickly but your attacks only do 1/2 damage.

EDIT (14/4/22): Per Debrimba, this can apparently be done on NG+/True Torment. Needless to say, if you decide to do it this way just rush everything and choose to not pick up any of the Penances at the start of a True Torment run.—————————————————————————————————————————
3 hours is a very lenient timeframe to finish the first half of the game when you‘ve already played through the game once. If you rush and only get what you know can help you now or shortly after you get it, it’s not too demanding to get this achievement in about half the time allocated (I passed the gate in 1 hour and 35 minutes).
I would recommend the following boss order: Warden of the Silent Sorrow (forced), Ten Piedad, Tres Augustias, Our Lady of the Charred Visage, Esdras of the Anointed Legion (forced).
For those that need one, here’s a video guide: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2pJcZNe7uaQ

Can you do this on NG+?

No, playtime on a save is carried over into a NG+ file. (Theoretically, you could do it, there’d just be no point because you’ll have already done it before.)

This should be done on its own, as trying to do this and something like the Kissers trophy at the same time will probably be too slow.
Skip basically everything but flasks, sword, and health upgrades.
Boss order I'd recommend is Ten Piedad -> Tres Angustias -> Our Lady of the Charred Visage.
If you follow a map you shouldn't have much trouble going directly where you need to go with few distractions, save whenever you find a shrine, and skip optional things that won't help in the short term like most sword hearts.
My first try at this i finished in just over 2 hours, and about 20 minutes of that was banging my head against Tres Angustias, so I'd say its a fairly generous time limit.

Missable
This should be easily achievable on a repeat playthrough of the game when you are more familiar with the game. For the trophy to pop, you have to cross the door through which you enter the Patio of the Silent Steps, after defeating Esdras in under three hours. For reference, on my speedrun I made it through the door at around the 1hr 40min mark, while still completing a sidequest here and there and going out of the way to collect upgrades. You can watch the run in the following video:
