You can find the Blessed Lord of Salty Shores by interacting with the fountain in Albero, next to the Prie Dieu. To get the trophy, you have to bring him three different items:

- Linen Cloth: This is tied to Tirso's sidequest and is missable. See Mediterranean Diet for more information.
- Hatched Egg of Deformity: You get this during Altasgracias' sidequest. See Warm and Soft for more information.
- Severed Hand: Found in the Desecrated Cistern, requires the Nail Uprooted from Dirt relic. You can find this right in the middle of the cistern, near where the Sanguine Fountain is.
